to further healthcare, versus healthcare furthering real estate.

Welcome to Criterion Healthcare

We focus on community not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare organizations because these healthcare providers face the reality of having limited financial and personnel resources allocated to exploring real estate options. Criterion Healthcare implements solutions for expanding services and upgrading the delivery of care offered in the healthcare provider’s service area. We partner with community healthcare clients, including healthcare practitioners, individual hospitals and healthcare systems, to:

Groundbreaking
AdvantageousOwnership

Advantageous Ownership is a broad strategic effort that strives to offer not only the financial but, also deeper cultural and emotional values and benefits of facility ownership to those who provide and truly further the delivery of care in the community. Contact us today, and we will be happy to discuss this in greater detail with you.

Rural Healthcare Initiative

Over the past 35 years the focus on improving healthcare has been the forefront of our decision making. In smaller communities delivery of care is just as vital as other larger markets.

In September 2021, Criterion Healthcare was honored to be one of five founding members of the Rural Healthcare Initiative. This nonprofit company is focused on bringing high caliber legal, operations strategy, physicians practice network management, real estate and communications to the rural and community markets across the country.
