CriterionHealthcare was founded by Herbie Hames and Steve Steinbacher with the mission of providing Hospitals with facility based ownership solutions that support their delivery of care goals and objectives. CriterionHealthcare offers not for profit hospitals (both public and private) and their physicians access to alternative sources of capital, ownership strategies, and development, property, and asset management services via CriterionHealthcare's AdvantageousOwnership model.
